Redeeming Credit or Gift Vouchers

What can I book using my gift/credit voucher?

 

Our Credit vouchers & London theatre gift vouchers are redeemable against tickets for our west end shows and live entertainment products.

 

Please familiarise yourself with our products listed on our website. Here you will be able to view venue information, prices, availability and any other important information such as cast holidays.

 

Please note that our vouchers can only be used against our products; and are not redeemable against theatre programmes and other merchandise from the theatre. A full list of the products we sell can be found on our website here.

 

How long is my voucher valid for? 

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and our Coronavirus credit vouchers are valid for 18 months.

Please note that if your voucher originally had an expiry date during 2021, we have automatically extended it to 31st March 2022 to ensure you have ample time to redeem your voucher!

 

How to redeem? 

 

Please familiarise yourself with our products listed on our website. Here you will be able to view venue information, prices, availability and any other important information such as the show’s running time and cast holidays. 

 

When you’re ready to book, please submit an online booking request form by clicking here quoting your gift/credit voucher reference number and your booking request. Our team aims to get back to you within 5 working days of receiving your request.

 

Can I gift/transfer my voucher to someone else? 

 

If you are unable to utilise your voucher you are able to transfer/gift your voucher to a friend or family member. If you intend to do this, please send us an email to notify us of this change. We will confirm receipt of your request once complete.

 

Do I need to attend a performance by my voucher expiry date? 

 

No. The voucher expiry date is intended as a “book by date”, rather than  “attend by date”. This means that as long as you have confirmed a new booking before  your expiry date, you can attend a performance thereafter (subject to availability).
