Receiving Tickets

You will be given a few options of how you wish to receive your tickets at the checkout when making your purchase. Your options and what those mean are as follows.

Box Office Collection

Your tickets will be delivered to the box office of the theatre for you to collect upon your arrival. If you chose this method, we would advise you to arrive at the theatre at least half an hour before the show is due to begin so that you can make sure you get your tickets and get comfortable in your seats with ample time.

To collect the tickets, just take a copy of your email confirmation along to the box office. If you buy the tickets for someone else, please forward them a copy of your email confirmation.

E-Tickets

E-tickets are a more recent introduction to the West End but are perhaps the most efficient. If you chose to receive an e-ticket, this will be sent to the email address you input when making your booking. Please see e-ticket policies by venue groups below. If you are unsure which venue group your theatre booking belongs to, please see our list of venue groups here.
