Once your booking has been confirmed you will receive an email confirmation with your booking details, including your unique booking reference number, seat details and ticket dispatch method. Your email confirmation will also include details of the theatre the show is at.
You should receive this confirmation within a few minutes of completing your booking. If you don’t seem to have received your email confirmation, please check your junk or spam folder in the first instance. Following that, please reach out to us if you are still unable to locate your email confirmation and we can help.
