Cancelled Performances

Following the recent announcement by the Government regarding the pushback on the easing of restrictions in England, we are waiting to hear from venues about non socially distanced performances that were scheduled to take place prior to 19th July. We will be in touch once we have details. 

 

Venues in England are now allowed to open with socially distanced audiences in place. A number of venues have decided to go ahead with this tactic however, the majority of venues have extended their closure dates to ensure that when they reopen, they can do so with no such restrictions. If you have a booking for a performance that is cancelled we will automatically issue you a credit voucher in the amount of 110% of your original order for use on your next theatre outing. 

 

If your booking has been affected by a theatre closure, we will reach out to you with further information regarding your booking and the next steps and no further action is needed from you at this time. We are working closely with our partners to inform our customers about their bookings as soon as possible and can assure you that we will be in touch if your booking is affected by a cancelled performance. Many of our partners are minimally staffed in accordance with government regulations, so we appreciate your patience during this time as we coordinate with those teams.
