CANCELLATION POLICY


Purchases on Box Office are final sale. No refunds or exchanges permitted, except for shows that are indicated as 'Book with Confidence'


BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE


Only shows with the 'Book with Confidence' promise can be exchanged up until 48 hours before the performance begins. 


You can find out whether a show has this policy by checking the "About" page. If approved, we will provide a voucher code for 100% of your order value for you to apply to a future date of your choosing. We recommend checking ticket availability prior to submitting your request.

Original Booking Order Number
Original Performance Date

Original Performance Time


We will prioritize requests based on the date of the performance and the time we received the request. Please refrain from submitting multiple forms to ensure our team can work through all requests as quickly as possible.
