Email Confirmation


Once your booking has been confirmed you will receive an email confirmation with your booking details including your unique booking reference number and seat details. You should receive this within a few minutes of completing your booking. 


It’s come to our attention that some email confirmations are being directed to customer’s spam folders. Please add to your safe sender list to ensure that you do receive any emails from us. If you've been affected by this, you should be able to locate your email confirmation by searching this email in your Spam or Junk folder.

Barcode Confirmation Email

We're aware that we are currently experiencing some issues with e-tickets displaying in confirmation emails. Please rest assured that your booking is confirmed and your information is with the respective Box Office.

Hotmail & Outlook Customers

There is a known issue for customers with hotmail & outlook email addresses not receiving confirmation emails.
